Capability for plugin access?

  • We are using the User Role Editor plugin to assign capabilities to custom roles. Is there a capability that a user needs to have to be able to access the Custom CSS page? Currently our editors are able to see the Custom CSS interface but can’t change any settings, only Admins or Super Admins can save changes (it is multisite). Thanks!

  • The plugin writes the css to the database as an option, so I imagine it requires manage_options capability. You can use User Role Manager plugin (or similar) to give this capability to your Editors or individual users as needed.
