    Hi,

    I would like to know is it possible to create or use some kind of custom capability or role to make a user Knowledge Base Author only?

    Basically I do have multiple kinds of post on my site, ticket, news, kb, … and each type is managed by a respected manager. how can I give access to a certain user to create, update and delete only kb posts ?

    Our KB currently supports the default wordpress functionality. I would recommend trying other Capability and roles plugins to see if they can help your website configuration.
