    Hello,

    Please change “edit_posts” in acf-better-search/includes/settings.php
    to “manage_options”.

I don’t want my customers to see the better search setting page.

    Thanks in advance,

    Wilco

Unfortunately I can’t do that. In my opinion everything is well visible.

    Thank you for your reply!

    Oh, that’s a shame.
I’ll think of something else then.

I find it rather odd that users with “edit_posts” privileges get to see this menu item. In my opinion it should be reserved to administrators, in any case, Wilco, take a look at the Admin Menu Editor plugin. It let’s you change what permissions are needed to view certain menu items. This is what we use to hide rogue plugin settings menu items that shouldn’t be viewed by our regular users.

    Hi,

Thank you for information. I have released an update to improve it.

Can you add a review for my plugin? I will be very grateful!
