Capabilities Modified to Control Uploads

Hello,

We want to make upload capabilities limited to editors and administrators only. We have people uploading a multitude of images that don’t meet our publishing guidelines. So we need to go the next level and restrict access.

Is there a way with User Role Editor to deny upload capability for the post and media library for authors and contributors?
