• Hi Alex,

Your wallets capabilities have problems. As soon as I clean up the capabilities, ie only give a certain group access to the wallet, and save that, I am locked out of the plugin completely.

I have to remove and reinstall the plugin to get back in, not wanting to go dig in the database.

Then I created a super group, for management, because you do not show the admin role there, to assign “manage wallets”. When I create this super group, I already give it all the wallets capabilities, in wordpress roles.

Then I go back to the wallets capabilities, make sure the super group has manage, and save.

    I am locked out again.

    So, problems with capabilities.

    Graeme

    Hello,

Thanks for reporting. I have never been able to reproduce this issue but I’ve heard others who had it.

I have prepared a patch where the plugin’s cron job will check if there are admin users with the manage_wallets capability, and if not, it will re-assign the capability to the *Administrator* role.

Because of this new safety precaution it will again be possible to edit capabilities of the Administrator role.

In the meantime, you do not have to reinstall the plugin. Simply use any capabilities-editing plugin to restore the manage_wallets cap to your user. Again, this will not be necessary after today’s release.

    with regards
