Capabilities (giving editor access)

We’d like to provide Editor level users access to manage the settings of the plugin (including the list of articles letting them publish articles that may not have been already). I have tried adding the capability manage_options and full_access (using “apple-news_manage_options” in the User Role Editor plugin) but neither have worked. Is there a correct capability (or capabilities) I should be using?
