Capabilities are hard coded

When using the plugin in combination with woocommerce, you might want to be able to give shop admin privileges to members of the team, without giving them access.

The plugin as it stands has the administrator role hard coded into the plugin, found here: /campaign-monitor-for-woocommerce/core/App.php:512

This means that only admins can see the settings page, something which I believe should be wrapped in a filter to allow other roles into the page.
