• I have changed my domain name but I don’t have much wordpress experience and cannot get back into WP admin.

While last logged in to it at https://lucidgroupdigital.com/wp-admin/
… in Settings > General > I changed both the wordpress and site URLs from lucidgroupdigital.com (old) to lucidgroupintranet.com (what we want now), then saved it.
The next time I tried to log in to the same wp-admin page https://lucidgroupdigital.com/wp-admin/, I get the error message:

    The site can’t be reached
https://lucidgroupdigital.com/wp-admin/ server DNS address could not be found.
Note also how the error is now reflecting https://lucidgroupdigital.com/wp-admin/ and not lucidgroupintranet.com.

Please, please help. How do I get back into wp-admin page to add least return the URLs to what they were before?
I downloaded PHPMyAdmin code but what do I do with the code once I have it?

Do I need to go to the domain provider? As far as I know WP are hosting my site.

    ERROR-
    This site can’t be reached

https://www.lucidgroupintranet.com took too long to respond.
    Try:
    Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
    Running Network Diagnostics
    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

When we change website address in WordPress general setting it doesn’t mean that your website theme will be running on the new domain because each domain has different IP.

Now you have to installed new WordPress according to new website address then you can install and customized the theme.

To fix it you will have to go into the database and change the url back to what it IS.

You can not just change the URL in the back end and expect the site to magically move to another domain.

That would be like putting the wrong address on your mailbox. The website is still in the same place, you can’t just type in a new address and poof-
