Can't write a post or upload photos

  • I am trying to write a new post on my new blog on my new 3.9 wordpress installation. When I click on post to write a new post, it wont let me write anything or upload a photo. I continue to click and click and click, and I get no option to write a new post. I don’t get errors. I get nothing. Nothing about the screen changes at all.

    Can anyone help
