Can’t Wipe

    When I try to wipe my account I’m only presented with an informational page, but no buttons or links to perform the action.

    Can you try scrolling down to see the options please ? If you still cant see them please send me a screenshot using the Contact Support option from within the app.

    @lmsoren Is the screen small in size? What are the dimensions?

    @lumberhack Is there an emulator for testing small screen sizes that you can use?

    I do have a few emulators, I’ll be able to test for this specific device once I get the log from @lmsoren

    Hello,

    The device is a Huawei P9, so fairly large screen. There are no scroll options on the modal that opens. I have a full page screenshot, but the support form on mobile is also broken (have screenshot on that too), som can’t send there.

    Is there a email?

    Solved, although you should probably not put the wipe options in it’s own frame – hell, I just now discovered there’s actually a third option buried below “Wipe device”…ahem!

    Thanks for letting us know. I am working presently on fixing this either by putting them in a single screen or making the scroll more obvious.
