can’t view user and admin profile

    immediately I installed the ultimate membership plugin, I have been restricted from viewing my profile as an admin, and users also cannot view their profiles.

    Have you set up the UM Content Restriction when you edit the User/Profile page? Could you please provide a screenshot of your UM Access settings? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Access. You can upload the screenshot via imgur.com and then share the image URL here so we can review it.
