    Well, that is strange. After over an hour of struggling with the issue above, all of a sudden it started working. I did log out, then back in after that – maybe that’s what it took?

    Hi good to hear things are working well for you now. Based on your second description it sounds a bit like there may be a caching plugin doing that – when things resolve after a period of time that’s usually what’s at play.

    Thanks for your reply Bob. It does sound like a caching issue, doesn’t it? But we’re not using a caching plugin, so it’s a little strange.
