• Hi,

I’m trying to install plugins on my blog and I get this error when I visit the add new page.

Warning: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to www.remarpro.com. Please contact your server administrator.) in /home/content/98/11996098/html/wp-admin/includes/plugin-install.php on line 77

I haven’t touched the configuration and I’ve just installed WP. Any help?

  • Have you spoken to your hosts about this? It’s commonly a server issue – sometimes caused by a failure to compile PHP with cUrl. Contact your hosts about it.

My host is GoDaddy and I installed through them. I’ll contact them anyways.

EDIT: I checked their support forums and they use cUrl.
