Can't View My Blog

I recently installed WordPress, without any problems, so I thought, but alas although I could login and make changes to in the Dashboard, when I tried to view my site I got a prompt from FireFox stating: `The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
* This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
cookies.`
I’m currently sending a report to server – reporting a borken web site but the process seems to be hung up and taking a veryyyy long time.
Is there something that I did incorrectly or is it someone else’s error? I really need to resolve this problem asap. Anyone’s help would be greatly appreciated.
