One of our team is having a problem with viewing some front end pages of the site with this plugin enabled.

I’ve looked through the inspector to see if there are any errors, but all they are seeing is a blank page.

As soon as I disable the plugin they can view the pages again.

The site is quite complex, so quite a few plugins, am a bit stumped how to try and fix it without disabling features they need – to make it more complicated, I can see all pages fine.

Would someone be able to help us troubleshoot the problem please?

    HI,

Before installing the plugin please make sure that

Your PHP version is 5.4 or greater
WordPress version is 4 or greater
WooCommerce version is 3.2 or greater

    Hi.

Unfortunately this is still happening, so not sure who marked this as resolved.

    We’re running the following…

    Wordrpress 4.9.2
    PHP version 5.6.33
    and woocommerce 3.2.6

The page doesn’t even load, it shows an error saying the site is unable to handle this request.

    http error 500.

    Thanks
    Aaron

    Hi,

I think our plugin is confliction with other plugins.

Agreed, I think it is too.

As soon as I turn it off the pages load without any issues.

I’ve chosen to use Woocommerce Google feed and that’s not having any problems.

    Thanks
    Aaron
