Can’t View Category List

Hi, We used to use the plugin a long time ago on a website where the only cookie options was non-necessary and necessary.

I have updated the plugin and deleted all settings however It will not give me the Cookie Category Tab and still shows the tab for necessary and non-necessary – how do I reset it so it goes back to the new updated version?
