Can’t verify email

    I’m not able to verify the email address associated with Really Simple SSL. I get the verification email with the associated URL, but clicking the “Verify” button in the email and manually inputting the URL do nothing.

    I found another support topic regarding inability to verify email address which suggesting appending ?rsssl_force_verification to the Really Simple SSL admin page (e.g., using the URL /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=really-simple-security?rsssl_force_verification). This results in a “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” error.

    Any help appreciated!

    Hi @brucedwilliams,

    what you could try is to copy an paste the link into a browser window where you are already logged in. That should do the trick.
