Can’t verify domain

Hello!

I’m unable to verify my domain. I get stuck on step 2. I’ve uploaded the file to the right folders and it keeps erroring:

Verifying domain ownership failed. Please check that the files listed below are uploaded to “webroot/.well-known/acme-challenge/” directory.

Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to send you a message through the support chat on your website and that kept erroring, too.
