Can’t validate the tag

    Hi Alekv,

    I believe I’ve followed all the steps to install the Plugin properly, added the necessary settings. Disabled the gtag.js feature as we already have it in the code.
    However, there’s no information being send through when I try to validate the tag with tag assistant?

    Hi Alekv,

    the Data I believe everything is working fine, just Google Believes that the ID’s that flow in don’t match the one in Google Merchant Centre while as I check the data received in Audience Sources from the Plugin & the Id’s in Merchant Centre they do match. Which is very odd. Still trying to figure out how to solve it.

    Have a look at what the match rate does over time.

    Go to -> Audience Manager -> Audience sources -> Google Ads tag DETAILS.

    Then follow this instruction: https://take.ms/S3ich

    The match rate should be next to 100% in the last few days. If not there still might be a problem.
