Cant validate Pro API key

Getting this message in admin area:

“In order to use the plugin, you have to validate the license by filling the required form below

If you face any issues validating the license, you may contact us at [email protected] [email protected]“

The website is down so i cant login and check the API key (it was working but stopped so i dont think it is API key), contacted [email protected] 16 days ago with support ticket but no answer.

Is this plugin abandoned? as we paid for pro plugin but there seems to be no support.
