    Hi Ed,

This usually occurs if something is blocking API access on your store.

Go to ‘yourstore.com/xmlrpc.php’ (substituting your own store details) in your browser. It should return ‘XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.’ in plain text. If you see anything else then one of the following is likely occurring

    • A plugin designed to block XML-RPC access is activated in your store
    • Your .htaccess file is denying access to this path
    • Your host has disabled access to this url

Let me know how you go.

was having same issue. ran url with my domain and received proper response but still unable to login.

Hi, I get the same error on the iphone app even though I received ‘XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.’ as the response.

    Hi voodoomg, awesomeass,

Would you be able to send me your shop domain and the name of your web host through the contact form on our website? This way I can work with you individually to resolve this issue.

    Hi Unicaluxury,

Your website is blocking XML-RPC. I’d recommend checking any security plugins to and your host to ensure they aren’t blocking it.

    Bowdie.

    Hi Bowdie,

I am using your pro app now for a while and its really great. I moved our shop to HTTPS (SSL) this week and since then the app cannot retrieve data. It just shows up blank when loading. How can I fix this?

    Thank you
