  • @jcousin- Thanks for reaching out. Please confirm that you have already followed the below shared steps

    As Admin
    1. Create Shipping zones
    2. For each zone, choose” Table Rates” as the shipping method from individual zone page.
    3. Enable Table Rate Shipping under the Advance Shipping Tab in WCMp settings

    As Vendor

    1. Fill in the shipping conditions via the path Vendor Dashboard>> Store Settings>> Shipping; here you should see all the zone names added by admin.

    Reference- https://demo.wc-marketplace.com/themes/flatsome/
    Vendor access- Chris/Chris

    Let me know your findings.

    Thanks for the quick answer.

Is it posible to change it from the back-end or only from front-end ?

So I could set it but I don’t know how to set the shipping from the customer.
How to do that depending on the city or address of the client, the shipping shows ?!

If I didn’t explain me well, just let me know.

    THanks again

@jcousin- Sorry but I couldn’t understand your concern here. Your first question-“Is it possible to change it from the back-end or only from front-end?

    >> If we are talking about the vendors, they can manage the shipping rates only from the frontend while admin can manage them only from the back-end.

    2. How to do that depending on the city or address of the client, the shipping shows ?

    >> Table Rate Shipping allows you to set up shipping zones on 3 parameters which can be read in detail here- https://docs.woothemes.com/document/table-rate-shipping/. Say you set up zones for a zip code 123ABC and Georgia. Vendors add their own rates and when a customer from Georgia or 123ABC places an order, the concerned shipping rate is applicable.

Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks for your answer.

I create from the backend as the admin website the shipping zone.
From the frontend as the vendor I can change prices, but what I dont know how to do it is to assign a shipping price to a product.

In the backend as a vendor, I cant add anything. Am I doing something wrong ?
    THanks for replying.

I still don’t know how to use this plugin from the vendor, can you please help me ?

Apology for assisting you lately. Let me help you with the vendor’s shipping part. Whenever a vendor become a member of the website, automatically a vendor shipping class creates with ID (a number as a suffix), vendorA-1 (then vendorA-2, vendorA-3 and so on, if the vendor creates the multiple shipping classes.

While creating products, the vendor can assign shipping class (vendor username followed by an ID) to different products just by selecting the shipping class from the list of shipping classes created by the vendor.

    Hope this will be helpful.

    Thanks,
    Rimpa
