Can’t use Shortcodes Ultimate shortcodes (accordion, slider, etc) with Popup

I’m trying to use various Shortcodes Ultimate (slider, carousel, accordion, etc.) with Themify Popup (full screen), but they don’t work.

Slider and carousel show all images at once.

Accordion doesn’t even work at all: sections don’t expand, no arrows, no content.

Any suggestions?
