Can’t use new user when i assign author to post

  • When i want to decide the author of the post from the co-author plus box he show me only the old user of wordpress, if I create a new wordpress user even with admin role he don’t show me in the box for assign it the post author, even the Guest Authors created is not showed.

    Can help me understand how to “add” the new user to the “list” of co-author plus? even manually (better automatically)

    The site was moved to another hosting and the problem appeared, the plugin had been installed in the past by another webmaster
