Can’t use HTML code in TextArea

You will need to enable the “Does this textarea accepts HTML” in UM > Forms > Edit a Form > Edit field.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve failed to mention that I had already done that. But still no luck. That’s what’s puzzling me. I can’t use <h1>, <p>etc. Well, I can use it, but it doesn’t work. Only the works.

Can you please do a conflict test on the theme first and then plugins and see if it is caused by a conflict. You can click the link for directions on the plugin/theme conflict test:
