As soon as I use html code for the descriptions and save, it just removes the code… I want to use <p> and <b> most importantly

  • Hello dear @finndorian

Do you only use <b> and <p> ? Check maybe you also use some other symbols? “”, or % $
so we could make the test, right now HTML tags has no problem in the plugin

If you want to make the text bold, please try to use tag as well

    Thanks

okay <b>to make something strong</b> is working, but <p> or <br> just get erased when saving the gallery… Is there an other option to insert breaks?

this is really annoying, I also tried plugins like “PS Disable Auto Formatting” because I thought, wordpress is removing it… then I tried shortcodes but they are not working inside the gallery plugin, even with plugins like “shortcodes everywhere” activated…

Still the only thing working is <b>… I even tried something like <b class=”margin-top:10px;”> but it will just remove the class as I’m saving the gallery…

I tried the other Huge-IT Plugin “Huge IT-Gallery” and <p> is working here!
