Can’t uploaded imported file

    Hi!

    I’m unable to upload my backup to my websites, it sits at 0% for a few mins and then says ‘unable to import”.

    Recently I had this issue on multiple sites at different hosting providers (Vultr, Godaddy, 000webhostapp).

    It’s not because of the max filesize limit, I can upload other files of the same size.

    It looks like a limit of some sort.
    If you have sorted upload limits, make sure that there is enough memory and enough max_execution_time to process the uploaded file.
    Some hostings put a restriction on the file size (2GB on PHP32 bit) – on shared hosting plans it can be lower.
    To figure out the issue, request PHP error log from your web hosting and examine it around the time when you did the import.
