Can’t upload with Multisite

We have two sites under a Multisite network.

For the main site, the plugin works perfectly.

For the second site, we can upload the font files and get a confirmation message. However, when we go to select where to use them, there is no font in the dropdown. There is also no font below where we’d go to edit the font. We have tried with different font names, every type of file, and even different fonts, but none will work.

Is there a fix?
