Can’t upload theme to theme viewer

Hi,

I made a theme (based on the iTheme theme, with a few mods) called iLeopard: https://pcwizcomputer.com/blog/downloads/ileopard.zip

And I want to upload it to the theme viewer at themes.wordpress.net. I clicked the Upload theme button on the menu bar. It said that I had to create a user to upload, and I clicked the create a user link but it just brought me back to the home page.

How can I upload it and is there any other wordpress theme sites that I can upload it to?
