Cant upload theme index.php

  • Hi,

    I am building a blog within my domain to run as a feature alongside my main site.

    After some teething problems with interacting between Dreamweaver and my server and the database (running on SQL server), i was finally able to install WordPress.

    Now I want to change the theme, but I cant upload the index.php file from my local directory to my hosting server. using the gui to upload by FTp wont work because access to my servers is by WebDav.

    Simply will not upload despite twentyten generic theme having no problems uploading.

    Any help???

  • Two suggestions:

    Try a different FTP program and see if it works.

    Check the FTP Dreamweaver error log and see what the exact error message says.
