    At first, migration was successful, but later after few minutes we did another migration, then we faced the error: “Can\’t upload the installer file to your environment.”

    I think it may be due to the server blacklisting your IP, kindly share the IP which has to be whitelisted to resolve this issue.

    @softons, No worries. The IP that needs to be white listed is this 80.241.210.214.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the IP, we have added your IP in Whitelist, but unfortunately, we see that the Cpanel option is missing now, when I give the destination domain it shows only the FTP option.

    I’ll explain in detail:
    I clicked on “Create Transfer” and entered the domain name, it shows only FTP transfer method, there is no option to choose the cPanel Migration option. Kindly suggest me how to enable it.

    Hi @softons,

    Sorry to hear you’re still having issues.

    It seems as if you have reached your maximum amount of databases that you can create in cPanel.

    Which seems like it is 3, if you delete one of your databases and run your migration again.

    You should be able to successfully migrate your site.

    I think we have located exactly what the issue is. If you have Transferito Premium, please contact support https://transferito.com/contact providing your email address and we will release a hot fix for you within the next 2 – 3 hours.

    If you don’t have a premium licence, we will bundle the fix in our new release v6.7.0.

    Which we are currently testing and will be ready tomorrow or by the latest first thing Monday morning 26th July 2021.
