Can't upload photos in Add Post after update

  • Hi,
    I updated to 3.5.1 and now I can’t upload image in ‘add post’ I receive the following error message:
    “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later

    I’ve done the following:
    -deactivated all plugins
    -Switched to default theme
    -clear cashe
    -Reset plugins folder

    It’s not the picture size cause I tried re-uploading pictures have I before and it still won’t work. When I go into the Media Library, the photos are there, but I can’t add to the post.

    Please HELP!!
