• When I try and upload a pdf to use as a template, I get a 403 forbidden error in the console. THe upload seems to happen, but then silently fails.

I know the site is allowed to upload pdfs as I can upload the same pdf via the media library upload tools. It just fails in the template creation modals for E2pdf.

    Any clues?

    Hello,

It looks like something blocks the file upload. Does it happen with another PDF file?

If you are using any security plugins – try temporarily deactivating it. If it won’t help or you are not using any security plugins, please try to check the error.log of the website, to see if there are any additional details of the error.

If none of the solutions work, contact us please here: https://e2pdf.com/support/contact

Yeah, any PDF errors, but I can upload them via the media library. Wordfence is installed, but disabled. I haven’t trued disabling all of the plugins yet, so I’ll try that first!
