Can't upload new logo

    Trying to change the logo and each time I do I get this feedback.

    Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/beauti03/public_html/wired-inn.com/wp-content/themes/enigma/core/scripts/css_js.php:43) in /home/beauti03/public_html/wired-inn.com/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1173

    Just an update to the previous issue,
    the problem is happening everywhere, when I need to upload
    images for portfolio i keep getting this feedback.
