Can’t upload new background picture

  • Trying to edit my theme in elementor and wanted to change the background picture on the front page, but nothing happens when i click “choose image” i can delete it, but i can’t pick my own picture…

    it also happens when i make a new section, i click on the 6 dots and into style, and then the classic style of background. Can’t click the “+” or the choose image..

    Hello, 

    According to your comment, the image you are trying to edit may come from the Astra theme, not Elementor.

    Possible Solutions:

    Plugin or Theme Conflicts: Other plugins or Theme can sometimes conflict with Elementor. Deactivate other plugins one by one to see if any are causing the issue.

    Permissions: Check if your WordPress installation has the right file permissions, especially for the “uploads” directory.

    Elementor Server Requirements: Ensure your server meets the requirements for Elementor. This includes memory limits, PHP versions, and other settings.

    Script Issues: Some ad blockers or browser extensions can block scripts that Elementor needs to function correctly. Try disabling these or use a different browser.
