Cant upload media files via uploader

Check the file permissions.

I dont understand this at all. I may need a simple walk through. Do I need to change the photo info or do I have to change the wordpress settings?

You have to access you WP install via an FTP client and check the permissions for the Uploads folder. If it’s too techy, you might want to ask your hosting company. They might check it for you.

I am not getting the error message anymore and was able to upload a few photos via uploader, but now it is not working again. It is giving me a blue/white question mark sign. How do I correct this?

I cannot upload any images, in posts, pages, headers, or backgrounds. When I go to the media library, the image shows as a question mark.

Please Help!
