Can’t upload logo I click and nothing happens

    Dear People, I have an issue with trying to add a site logo. Even after changing the theme, when I go to customizer and get to the button “choose Logo”, I click on this button and nothing happens. I click many times, I wait, nothing happens, nada. Please help!

    Sounds like you’re encountering a jQuery error.
    Have you checked the console for JS errors??

    Hi kuckovic,

    I really don’t know what JQuery is. I tried to open the console on my website and this is what came out:

    JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.3.2
    complianz.min.js?ver=6.4.2:1 opt-in
    DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for chrome-extension://gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom/browser-polyfill.js.map: System error: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

    and they also showed one issue: when I click it, it shows this text:

    Audit usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform

    Do you understand any of this? If you do, could you please tell me what to change here so that my button works? I really tried for hours now and there is no answer from google.

    Hi @oogaooga

    I would recommend you try to deactivate all plugins, and see if it works.
    If it does, then one of your plugins are conflicting with WordPress (usually an outdated plugin).
