This issue is unique to your website.
Please use the following troubleshooting steps.
1) If you are using a cache plugin or server cache, please clear it’s cache content and keep it disabled temporary, so as to carry out the following steps.
2) If you are using a child theme with customization.
Deactivate your child theme and activate your ( parent ) Hueman Theme and see if this issue is resolved. If yes, you will have to compare your child theme codes with parent theme codes and keep it updated.
3) Look for plugin that’s causing this issue, you can disable one plugin at a time and clear browser history and re-visit your admin to try uploading logo. Do this until you find the plugin that’s causing issue.
