Can't upload images / switch between text or visual

  • I’m having an odd issue.

    I cannot upload an image – when I click add media there is no popup. Also, I can’t switch between visual and text editor – nothing happens when I click on them?

    This is happening on both my installs.

    Any ideas?

  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all plugins deactivated?
