Can't upload images or save anything on my website suddenly.

Hi,
I have been trying to figure this out for 2 days now and come here in desperation. For some reason I am not able to upload images nor even see any existing images when I add a featured image to a post or to a product.
I can’t add size variations to products anymore either.
Things I have tried:
– I switched of all plugins but it still happened.
– I have had Godaddy my host company reset permissions but that didn’t work.
– They say the website is large that’s why its not working but the site only has 20 products. I tried deleting blog images from FTP if that allowed me to get in and change this but nothing.
– I am using wordpress 4.0 & woocommerce 2.2.7 latest versions.

Can anyone help me asap. Happy to pay someone to sort it urgently as the client urgently needs to upload new products that launched last week.
