• Hello,

I am unable to upload large images to my WordPress Blog. I can upload a 60k image, but when I try to upload a 155k image I got this message..

    Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/media-upload.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/2.2.22 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.22 OpenSSL/0.9.7a mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at myforeigninterest.com Port 80

    Any Ideas?

    thanks,
    David

  • Try asking your hosts if they are imposing any file size upload limits.

I have a dedicated server so there are no limits… the program seemed to work fine, but I think when I updated to 3.4.2 the problems began… which are even worse for my clients… they get locked out when they try to load the file… it loads up to about 95% and then stops… and then they were blocked from the server until I whitelisted them…

Check your server’s error logs for clues.
