Can't Upload Images

Hello All

I am having some troubles. I can’t upload images.
Clicking on the ‘add media’ button from within a blog I get to my image gallery, I click ‘upload files’ and from there the ‘select files’ button just simply does not work, it’s not a button though it should be and at one point I was able to click it to open a window to select a file.

Additionally when I try the drag and drop option the page turns blue when I hover with an image and says ‘drop image anywhere’ but it doesn’t actually upload.

No idea what the problem is here.
