• I am new to using MailPoet, my web designer set it all up, but has not responded to any of the issues we are having. Currently when we try to upload an image, we select it (or drag and drop) and all we get is the spinny wheel, and it will sit there forever and never upload. If we use a link, that seems to work, but I would rather have a certain amount of images readily available. Please help. Thank you.

Bump, does anyone have any feedback, any help whatsoever? TIA

    Same problem…

    Hi there @mjayzrdn,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I tried to replicate it but couldn’t so I’m wondering what I may be doing differently. Can you please record a short video of what’s happening and also include the version of the MailPoet plugin you’re using?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

This plugin has been frustrating to use. Unfortunately I don’t know how to upload a video. What we are doing is going into the email section, clicking to edit an email, the CONTENT buttons on the right do nothing if you click on them, they are all greyed out. If you click an image in the email it brings up a side menu on the right, and we click “Select another image”, and the upload screen opens. We either drop an image in, or go through the menu process to find the image we want, and then it sits on the white screen with the spinny wheel in the top left and won’t do anything. As for the version, I don’t know how to check on that, as my web designer set it all up. I am not sure if this is due to not being activated properly, or if we are doing something wrong, or if my web designer needs to enable something for us, just at a loss and really needing to get this working.

    Can you help? Thanks ??

I have performed a downgrade to version 4.10.0 after which the upload worked again.
