Can’t upload image after deleting it

Hi, if you add an image and then remove that image you can’t add that same image back again.

The plugin demo page will show this behaviour.

If you add a different second image then you will be able to add your first image again after. The problem only occurs if you delete an image and try to re-add it immediately.

This only fails using the upload browser to re-add. If you re-add with drag and drop then things are fine.
