• I don’t have cpanel.
On my (unix) site, I turned on FTP-allow as usual.
    I can’t upload an image.
    Thanks for any reply!
    Jim

I have used scp to put it here:
    ./wordpress/wp-content/uploads/link-library-images/dt.png
    and here
    ./wordpress/wp-content/uploads/dt.png

    Here is the error message:

    Still no joy.

Q: Why can’t I pick a link-image from my media? I only see the option to get image from my hard-drive….

    Thanks for publishing…

I never looked into what it would take to add support for the built-in media manager. Perhaps in a later release.

For now, can you increase write permissions on the link-library folder so that the plugin can write to it? That should resolve the issue.

Alternatively, you could upload the files with the Media Manager and copy the path to the files into the link.

I can’t get it. I have done “chmod 777 *” on everything in site.
    Thanks anyway.

I just added support for the media manager in the Link Editor in the latest Link Library update. Check it out and let me know if this helps you.
