Can't upload image

  • Hi,

    I have an error since the last month.
    I can’t upload a image in home page from Appearance-Option Panel, it shows: “Unfortunately, the page you tried accessing could not be retrieved.”. Before that, I could upload any image without problems.
    It shows in my page: suculaff.com
    The only image that doesn’t appear is the described error. I don’t know how resolve, I’ve tried to updated, and nothing.

    What could I do? Thanks so much!!

  • You should check your permission. Chmode image folder to 775.

    But I am not working from file directory, I am working from Option Panel in WordPress. I haven’t changed the permission and before, I could upload images.

    Are you using any plugin , If yes then kindly deactivate all plugin one by one .
    Bz it happens due to conflict of the plugin . May be any plugin conflicting with the theme .

    I’ve tried to deactivate all the plugins and now I have an internal error 500. The page has desappeared!!

    What can I do???

    I’ve resolved the internal error 500 but still not working the upload of image from option panel.

    Without plugins and with the changed permission nothing happen…. any other ideas?

    I updated the theme before, and nothing changed.

    The image that I have problems to upload is the only one that appear in blank in the home page: suculaff.com

    What can I resolve it?

    Hi,

    I don’t know how to upload an image here. I cleared my cache.
    The image is between “Especies Suculentas” and “Piedras Decorativas”. It takes part of a set of 4 images. In the second image appears “Spa Feathure” because the image doesn’t appear correctly.

    Do you see it?
