Can't Upload Files to WP! Error:Unable to create directory uploads/2015/03. Is i

Hi Everyone,

I’m having an issue uploading my media files to my wp site. I get the error:

Unable to create directory uploads/2015/03. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I tried changing the permissions and that didn’t do anything. However, I understand there is a solution by going to settings>misc> and then changing

\wp-content\uploads
to
wp-content\uploads…

However, I may be sleep deprived, but I do not understand where to find the “Setting” or “Misc”

Do you access this from your cpanel and file manager or do you access this in the Editor of my WP dashboard?

I’m at a total loss… Any help would be great!
