cant upload files to media library

  • Hi ,
    For some reason when i go to upload new files to media library and click on select files — the “Open” button is gray and in the middle it says “Protected storage is empty”… does not let me add any files.

    You’ll need to contact your hosting provider’s support to ask why you’re out of space and how you can increase that.
