• I have three issues that I think are related.

My new host has moved the whole site and database from another host recently.
The frontend is working okay, but as an admin there are issues that we can’t get a finger on.

    1. unable to upload files to the media library
    2. unable to load and display the media library
    3. unable to create a new user to the site

    I have tried these:
    – switched to Twentyseventeen theme
    – disabled all plugins
    – cleared cache
    – did a health check with the health check plugin

We are running out of ideas now so i hope you can help me out!
Check my video that makes things clear: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFXYIorXRf

Try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.

Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.
