Can't upload files any more after the last update

Thanks for “Thank you page”. It’s awesome. But now when I try to upload files sometimes I’m getting this message “An unexpected error occurred. Check your file and other fields and try again”. My file is Word which is supported file, and I always fill out all of the fields, so the problem is not in that.

I’ve tried to upload loads of files and sometimes I’m getting this message, and sometimes I can upload.
